Grandpa and Grandma To the Rescue

These eight kiddos sure enjoyed their Grandpa and Grandma last week and all the attention they received while they were here.

Grandpa surprised us by walking through the door a little later than Grandma as we were not expecting him, and that made everyone happy! Can you tell here?

Harrison snuggled right in with his beloved blanky and made fast friends with Grandpa.

Grandma was the apple of everyones's eye, especially Sophies' as Mommy and Daddy were sick, exhausted, and depleted beyond words that week. Good thing Grandma had a shoulder for Sophie to lay her sweet head on that week.

She even managed to make the girls these prairie girl dresses complete with bloomers they love and are so excited to show off at church.

Homemade hot pockets with Grandma proved to be very messy, but very worth it!
Thanks for all your help last week Grandma. We love you!

First Impressions

Well, Sophie's first impression was memorable because she did not want anything to do with her new brother at all. 10 days later, and she has warmed up to nice pats on the head.

These two big sisters are a huge help to me from nuky patrol to a gentle bounce until I can get there.

If you can't see the resemblance, I don't know what else to say...

Keilah Grace loves her baby. You can almost feel it here.

Harrison reaches out to his baby "Cinnamon." I love two year old talk.

Yet another look alike who fell in love fast.
