Just Because...

This picture cracks me up.

I love these little people rollers and all.

Well, most of the time. HA!

Austin is 7!!

Well, almost a month ago now, but better late than never right!?

We started out early that Saturday morning with his first gift from Uncle Shawn and Auntie Sarah.

Super Cape!!

Austin wanted scrambled eggs, sausage, and toast for his birthday breakfast.

He decided to wear his birthday crown from school that day in honor of his big day.

Birthday party guests. I should maybe make sure he doesn't get the pink bib anymore. You could mistake him for a girl with that wild hair!

Star Wars was his theme this year!

Ready, set, go!

May the force be with you Austin.

Happy Jedi!

We all need head gear! Maybe this is my problem....

The Jedis building their new lego sets!

Austin brought fruit snacks to school for his big day. It was super cool to find these at Target. I love staying with themes you know...

Birthday guests Sam and Judson.

Brotherly love - well for a minute anyway.

Austin had his buddy Isaiah over too.

Tacos it was for this birthday duo!

We got shoved into the living room. There were 16 kids in the kitchen!

Storm troopers and light savers on the cupcakes!

We love you Austin Bennett and we are so proud of you. You've grown up so much this year. You go to school now with the big kids and are reading like a champ - even with expression! You are super good at math and love all sports and really seem to understand more than the average 7 year old when it comes to watching football with Dad. You are a speedy runner with a 7:26 mile. That's my 1st grade boy!! You enjoy puzzles, playing the Wii, and like reading the Magic Tree house books. I love your snuggles and hugs and I'm glad you still do too! I'll always remember the first time I laid eyes on you with all your gobs of hair. You were a beautiful baby and are growing into such a handsome guy. Bennett means gift from God, and you truly are a gift sweet boy. We pray you grow in your love for Jesus and desire to give over your life to Him one day.
